BOURBON SOUR
2 oz Broken Top Bourbon
1 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz simple syrup
1 Egg white
Dry shake, then chill shake. Top with cherry bitters.
MINT JULEP
2 oz Broken Top Bourbon
8 mint leaves
1/4 oz simple syrup
Lightly muddle mint, simple syrup and bourbon. Pour over a glass packed tightly with crushed ice. Garnish with mint sprig.
POMEGRANATE MANHATTAN
2 oz Broken Top Rye Whiskey
2 oz fresh pomegranate juice
1 oz sweet vermouth
Dash of bitters
Combine whiskey, juice, and vermouth in a mixing glass. Add a dash of bitters. Stir well with ice until chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
APPLE HOT TODDY
2 oz Broken Top Rye Whiskey
1/2 cup apple cider
1 tablespoon honey
1 slice of fresh apple
Stir in honey into warm cider until dissolved, then add Broken Top Rye Whiskey. Garnish with a slice of fresh apple.
ESPRESSO MARTINI
1.5 oz Broken Top Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey
1 oz Coffee Liqueur
1 oz Freshly Brewed Espresso (cooled)
.5 oz Simple Syrup (adjust to taste)
Fill shaker with ice. Add bourbon, coffee liqueur, cooled espresso, and simple syrup to the shaker. Shake well and strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass. Garnish with coffee beans.
BOULEVARDIER
1.5 oz Broken Top Small Batch
1.5 oz Campari
1 oz sweet vermouth
Rub orange peel around glass
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until chilled. Rub the rim of the serving glass with an orange peel for added aroma. Strain the mixture into the glass and serve immediately.
SAZERAC
2 oz Broken Top Rye Whiskey
1 sugar cube
.5 oz water
Dash of bitters
Rinse glass with absinthe. In mixing glass, muddle water, bitters and sugar cube. Add whiskey and ice. Stir until chilled and strain into prepared glass. Express citrus peel around glass and drop in.
BOURBON BERRY SMASH
2oz Broken Top Bourbon
.5oz lime juice
1oz simple syrup
Ginger ale
In shaker, add blackberries, lime juice, bourbon, and simple syrup. Muddle lightly. Strain over ice. Top with ginger ale. Garnish with fresh berries.
